If possible, replumb with PVC.

See where that copper was bent? That made a thin point IN the copper from being stretched. That is where all the water runs/sits.

In your picture, you have 3 rubber couplings near the top. The two in the foreground, which have no overall metal shield, are for underground use only, and commonly called "ferncos". The one in the background does have an overall metal shield, and if it is made by the company Fernco, their product line is called "Proflex."

So for connecting to the cast iron, your options are a donut or a Proflex. And once you figure that out (no experience on my end, so no opinion), do replace all of the copper and replace the "ferncos" with Proflexes or with glue joint connections. Seems like if you demo everything from the Proflex/ferncos down to the cast iron, you could reconstruct with more ABS and just one or two Proflexes total.

Also, your washing machine needs a standpipe, a trap, and a vent, which could be an AAV in your jurisdiction. So fix that when you rebuild the DWV.

Cheers, Wayne

The vent is one of the top pipes, goes up to the roof just not straight up. Also there is a trap for washer. Thank you for information

That doesn't work for the plumbing code, as that central copper riser carries waste from a floor above, so it can't be a vent for the washer standpipe. When you redo this area, the trap arm (between the standpipe trap and the stack) should have a riser on it to an AAV.

Thank you for the information I’ll look into the aav , I traced out all the abs piping , one 3 inch run does appear to be a dedicated vent to the roof , for whatever reason it starts to go up out of the basement about 10 ft from the stack , plan is to cut it below where the washer drains, add a cast to and shielded furnco and run abs
