Cannot find this tub drain

Any idea of what type of tub drain this is? It is leaking and I cannot figure out how to get it out to fix the seal. The drain is in the front of the tub.

It appears that the water is leaking through the drain at the bottom of the tub and is dripping on the floor of the unfinished side of the basement. It only leaks, and quite a bit when someone is in the tub. I ran water in the tub without anyone in it using the faucet and shower both and it did not leak then. I was hoping to figure out what type of drain is shown, not the faucet.

The leak is usually from the overflow opening, NOT the tub drain.
