Can you add a telephone shower head to an existing bath and shower setup?

Hi,
I have a standard delta setup in my bath: tub spout, upon which you pull down the lip to direct water to the shower head plumbed behind the wall.
I am wondering if it is possible to replace or modify the spout, so that you have the additional telephone shower head, without losing the existing shower capability?

Look at Deltas 2 in1 showerhead. They have many models and finishes.

Thanks, but that will not work. Won't connect to current setup and it won't keep the existing shower function as I mentioned in the OP.

What you do is to unscrew the showerhead up high, and screw on the other assembly in its place.

I am pretty sure you won't find something to connect below on to your existing spout.

The Delta will provide both a showerhead and hand shower. They can work together or independently. See the instructions.
