Can anyone identify this tub filler?

I've never seen this filler before. Can't figure out how to get handle extentions out to get to stem/ cartridge.

The handles were the Exquisit tub filler 25.622
The splined extensions push on and the threaded parts do what threaded parts do, unscrew.
the right hand cartridge was 45.140 . the left hand was 45.138 they may have been re-numbered
