Also I have a few rental properties.
12 Years ago for kitchen faucets. I had switched the Pfister Parisa pro model faucets. Nice heavy brass faucet. But what a headache. Ceramic style but still very high maintenance.
Anyway realized I had maybe less problems years ago. with the old Delta that had the ball stem and small cup washers. But are these also now made cheaper, since now is there low end model.
Looks like they still make the old called Delta Foundations. Delta B4410LF-SS

Looking for a new Kitchen faucet to use as my go to. Cost is not so much an issue if better. Less maintenance is the goal. Most of what I see is high cost just means a different style or color. Not better made.

Would appreciate any opinions, suggestions.

Thanks
