I just got a new bathtub/shower installed. How long does it take a full bathtub to drain, please? Thanks!
It does take a while to drain a tub, the drain fitting at the bottom is pretty small and then there is the strainer over it. With most shower heads, it should keep up though.
A new bathtub, but how old is the pipe that it's connected to. It may need snaking to clear the line beyond the tub drain. The top overflow is where we insert the snake for that cleaning.
