Anyone have trouble with Centripro motors stripping splines?

Pulled a 10 year old Red Jacket 3/4 hp today to find the splines stripped. I have sold and installed a bunch of these and I hope they don't start doing this at only 10 years. This was a light use household system. If it had been a farm might not have lasted this long. Not at all like the Webtrol in my own well. Dairy farm and still going at 32 years. Somedays 1000 gallons. LB

Haven't seen anymore than usual. They don't put much quality into any of them anymore. But stripped spline is usually a waterlogged tank, leak in the system, bad check valve, etc.
