I have a question on yard sprinkler timers.
I have two sprinkler valves in my back yard that are connected to a timer.
This timer controls 10 other valves outside my back yard. I’d like to to add a new timer to just control the back yard valves. Can I wire to the existing wiring, or just disconnect the current wiring, and wire to new irrigation timer with out jeorodizong the other 10 valve stations.

if you have digital timer, there is usually up to four separate programs, A, B, C, D. With Program B just schedule those two zones and remove them from program A. If you have an old mechanical timer, it is not possible.
