shower valve manufacturer identification

I'm trying to determine the make and model of this valve and its diverters. The valve requires a replacement cartridge, and both diverters seem to have broken plastic components within their trim, making them hard to operate. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide...

Does anyone know who makes this. It's a pressure balance valve, constant volume. It's stuck at luke warm except when you turn on another fixture then it goes cold, rather unpleasent.

Can you help me identify the manufacturer of this shower valve? We threw away the face plate when we started our project and have no way of identifying a manufacturer for replacement hardware. Trying to avoid replacing the valve. Thanks!

I'm hoping someone might be able to ID this without my having to pull the cartridge. Unfortunately there are no identifying marks on the valve body to give me any kind of a clue. I'm just trying to find a compatible trim kit.
