    Gas hwt pilot not staying lit...a few issues

    Hi all, Got a John wood pro flame guard 40ga gas hwt manufactured at end of 2011 and have some issues. The pilot went out on our renters. Not aware of the tco switch I pulled the burner assembly out to check the thermocouple, it looks...brand new. I put everything back in and after some checks...
