Turns out that the handle just pops off. Just pull straight up to remove it. It's a Glacier Bay Leonardo from Home Depot, in case anyone has this problem in the future. Thank you for the response, hj!

They do rotate when the handle is moved. I tried unscrewing them, anyway, but with no luck.

I'm trying to fix a drip in my bathroom faucet. The faucet handles don't appear to have a set screw, or a cap that I can remove to access the set screw (I've checked the backs and sides of the handles). I don't see any manufacturer information, though the spout has Perlator VX stamped on it...
