    Takagi T-M1 unit has a small leak, at mixing valve?

    I realize this thread is old, but I'm having a similar issue. Any information greatly appreciated.

    Takagi Mobius T-M1 water leak.

    After about 17 years of service my Takagi T-M1 has developed a small water leak from (I think) the heat exchanger on the left part of the heater. Wondering if anyone in the forum had any luck fixing similar issue. Thank you.
