    Turning off the water from the street

    Greetings, I’m attempting to turn off the water at the street for some bathroom remodeling. Is it the protruding sideways notch in the upper left of the picture that I should turn? Or maybe what I’m looking for is buried under the dirt? I know what it looks like on many of them. Thank you.
