    Softener won't stop regenerating

    Technetic 1030. I hit manual regeneration and it keeps running for hours. Even after I unplug it. It's stuck in the rinse cycle. Have no idea how it's continuing. The only thing that works is to bypass it on the water supply valve. (not sure why my original post was deleted)

    I have a Technetic 1030 and a Technetic 1000. I just rebedded the 1000 with new resin. I set the 1030 to regenerate, and it won't stop, even after I unplugged it. It's stuck in the "fast rinse" cycle. I shut off the water supply to it to bypass it....... that's the only way I can get it to...
