    American Standard Shower Handle Won't Come Off

    Hello, I'm currently trying to replace my American Standard Shower Handle. I have already fully unscrewed the hex screw and taken it out; however, the handle still won't come off. The handle still turns and opens/closes normally. Thanks for your help!
