    Help with retrieval: Dropped 3” PVC flat clean out cover into a 4" sanitary sewer clean out

    So, a 3" PVC flat clean out cover fell into a 4" sanitary sewer clean out pipe. I can see it at the bottom, but it’s exactly 10 feet down the vertical pipe, sitting at the bottom and I can’t figure out how to get it out. Tried a shop vac but the 3” cover always drops about a foot off the bottom...
