Can anyone ID this toilet?

There is nothing on the tank or lid... and the fill valve is far from standard...I have yet to find one that fills to 6 3/4 inches that is less than 7 3/4 inches tall

Can anyone ID this toilet? I need to replace the fill valve, which is 7 and 3/4 inches height with a fill line at 6 and 3/4 inches
