    Toto Promenade 1.6 or 1.28?

    We have decided on the Toto Promenade. Should I get the 1.6 elongated or the 1.28 elongated with sanigloss? Will the 1.28 flush as good? I'm not so worried about my water bill, more worried about a clean bowl and no clogging. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
