    Have any plumbers experienced bad galvanized pipes from China put into houses about 1992? Must they be replaced now that they are rusting?

    Rusty water started 3-4 years ago. Could switch to softer water by City 7 years ago cause problem? House is 23 years old. Galvanized pipes.
