i've considered that. it's just a really high roof with significant slope and i dont have a 30 foot ladder.

There are no fixtures lower in the stack. It's a very old house(1908) but no collectors item. The actual dip/drop is like one foot down and would take a foot and a half pipe to get there at 45 degrees.
