    Submersible well seal/cap and safety line

    I am installing a new well and the local hardware store didn't have a well seal so I'm going to order it online. I just wanted to know if I need to look for anything special to attach the safety line to, or how that works? Or if I even attach the safety line to the well seal. Thanks for the help.
