I am lost in the sea of information out there about toilet ratings and cannot find out the specific information I need.

I am looking for a toilet that will rinse well. Not to be too graphic or gross, my boyfriend has health issues that leads to frequent bathroom trips and leaves the toilet bowl dirty. Sometimes this can be up high around the rim. I am looking for a style toilet that has a good rinse up high around the rim at the back of the toilet. I also don't want it too loud as I am a light sleeper and his frequent trips at night would wake me up.
