Sanigloss (CeFiONtect) (or not

I'm choosing between Drake w/o CEFIONTECT (CeFiONtect), and Carlyle with s.g. because I need Sedonna beige, and want only Gmax. (and don't like looks of the Vespin). My flush problems are upper bowl litter, not how much mass will go down. The drake is rated as best flush (independent tests) even over other TOTO's, and I just learned a fancy downtown San Francisco hotel is replacing all their 300 toilets with the Drake. I have an Ultramax w/o s.g. and I notice the upper rim water is less than forceful. $300 extra for Carlyle is a lot to pay for CEFIONTECT. Is it worth it?
