Actually I think it's called a Sewage Ejector Pump, it looks similar to the one at this URL http://www.terrylove.com/sewage_ejector.htm We bought it from Home Depot, think it's a Flotec, we lost the paperwork on it. When people use it, water starts to leak from bottom of the toilet. We think it is the level the pump is set at before it flushes the waste out. Is there any way to reset the level to a lower setting, so it flushes the system before it overflows?
