Couldn't find anything on the net except a mention of a high end Ottawa tract that used them in the model home shown below.

If it's impossible to find a product link-I personally wouldn't buy it for repair/parts issues alone.

The brand I believe is German, and they are "fairly" popular in British Colombia. I also couldn't find anything on the web. The cost is about $400.00. Thanks for your reply - I'll cross my fingers as I am buying one based on its reputation with buyers here.
