Moen Restrictor

I've read several posts re Moen and shower head restrictors, including one that points out that not all restrictors are accessible. I have a Moen shower head with hose and want to remove the restrictor because we only have about 28 psi of water pressure. Does anyone know if the restrictor in this is accessible and where it might be located? Thanks.....
