Standard distance from back wall

I am in the middle of a new construction project and am wondering what the standard distance is from the center of the flange hole to the back wall. Also, is there a common code for the distance the hole must be from any adjacent walls?

Any advice is appreciated.

12" from the flange center to the finished wall is the most common, 10" and 14" offset toilets are available, but often cost more and you have fewer choices.

You need at least 15" either side of the toilet and 18" in front of it.
