flange spacers

I need to install a flange spacer for the toilet and this is the setup i have(see pic).I plan to install longer closet bolts on the bottom flange,caulk btween each flange , and screw all of them to subfloor at the same time? Sound right let me know if there is a better way to do please.

That will work...the better situation would have been to raise the existing flange so it could sit on the unfinished floor.

The bottom of the top final spacer needs to be at the equivalent elevation of the finished floor.

they work ok

they work pretty well.....

the only thing I would add is a large bead of silicone
between the spacers to make them water tight.....

they send you that tube of poly seam seal, but I would
get the water proof silicone instead and smear it on thick..
