Symmons Rough In

I Installed A Symmons S-76-1 And All I Get Is A Trickle Of Hot Water. Checked Supply, Have Good Pressure Of Hot And Cold. Tried Replacing The Diverter Spindle But Same Problem. Pulled Ta 10 And It Seams To Be Free. What Next.

If this is a shower only, check the shower head for clogged inlet screen.
