Toto Drake selection help

Hi, I just found this forum and love all of the good advice!

I am replacing an old toilet in my master bath with a Toto Drake. I don't understand what the difference is between the model CST743S and the model CST743SB. The latter has a "Bolt Down Lid." What is that and how does it differ from the other model? That is the only difference I can see between the two models.

It's a vandalism resistance feature for the tank cover in commercial applications.
