the toto drake is a great toilet. Now I want to replace a second toilet. The toilet is a two piece, can I replace with a one piece? Such as the ultramax. I was told by someone the valve needs to be moved, it needs to be lower for a one piece toilet.

You can find the spec sheets for all toto toilets on their Web site. Here's the one for the basic Ultramax:

http://www.totousa.com/admin/upload/pdfspc/ms854114s_ms853113s.pdf

...which shows a "suggested" location for the supply line of 5 1/8" to the left of center, 5" off the floor. Someone who's familiar with the installation can probably tell you how much you can deviate from that suggested location.

Old style Kohler one-piece toilets were low in the back.

Newer Toilets are higher.
One-piece toilets are some of the easiest to install.
Just pull them out of the box and siick them down on the wax.

The Toto Ultramax is very easy to install.
