My house is based at the bottom of an incline, I have a sewage pump that sends waste up to the city line which runs under the street in front of my house. I have a 'clean-out' pipe in my yard. The pump is right next to my house, under my daugthers window, behind the hedges. I have problems with it over-filling and getting clogged up. I ran a snake through the line about 4 days ago and all was well, then the in-laws came to visit and I have over flow again. Please advise, if possible. The sewage pump is brand new.
