Air in water lines?

This topic has come up several times but my scenario seems different. When turning on the water I notice air (or something) chuckling out of the lines. The kitchen sink sounds the worst and I think even vibrates the faucet a little when it does this.

Does anyone know what this is or how to solve it?

Thanks,
Brian

Water Source

If you have a municipal water supply, air usually does not accumulate in the water distribution system, if there is any it will work its' way out within seconds in most cases. If your water source is from a well, there could be a problem with the system that will require a professional to inspect it.
