leaking bath faucet

my koler faucet was leaking so i bought the replacement kit which included the stems, diverter and handels. after taking a shower water started leaking from the spout it appears to be the hot water. I have taken them out and check the washers, they are still good, but i can not get it to stop leaking what would be my next step

The washers may look good, but how are the "seats"?

Sometimes you can remove them, and either sand them smooth, or replace them.
