Hello people,
Has anyone heard of the Kohler ingenium flushing system?
Kohler says that it flushes like a 3.5 gallon toilet.
I am thinking that this is just some hype by Kohler to try to sell their toilets.
Did anybody try this toilet?

I would like to go with the Toto , because of all the good reviews .
But the colors are limited and I would like to match the sink that is in the bathroom.(shell)
Thanks,

Jim

Yes. Yes. Good idea.

I've had mine for about a year. Yes-It flushes better than the older/bigger tanks. I've had one minor clog--it was my fault as I accidentally flushed towel
paper. I wanted the Kohler memoirs suite (matching toilet and sink)--so my choices were limited.
I don't regret it at all.
At that time TOTO did not make a suite I liked. (design)

With that being said, I have been convinced that Toto technology is superior impo.
I have a TOTO Aquia in the other bathroom.

See Terry's links to the comparison tests.

Ingenium is a new name for their old technology.

Performance is on the lower end but does have some style.
For some, it is enough.

I do take out my fair share of them when I do my replacements for people.

hyperbole....

Yea. Terry called it. It's hype.

Look at this amazing technology folks:

The Bi-directional Dynamic force of water at the press of a lever!

The advanced physics design forcing debris to bottom of bowl!

In literally less than 5 seconds the contaminated water is replaced with fresh water and jetisoned out of your home!
