Anyone know a good online site to purchase Toto Flapper and fill valve at a reasonable price with decent shipping fees ?

If you have a Lowes handy, you will find the Korky Quietfill valve and repair part for it, and the Toto flappers on their shelves.
There a quite a few hardware stores that carry the Korky valve.
