Case 1000 Toilet

I have an old Case 1000 toilet and have no idea what the center measurement is so I can buy a replacement toilet. Any idea where I can find out the measurement for a Case 1000 without removing the toilet? I would rather order the new toilet knowing it is on the same centers.

If you mean from the wall to the closet bolts just measure it.

What else would concern you?
