Terrazzo Leaking

Have an old terrazzo bathroom floor the floor is leaking in the shower stall with tiny cracks in the terrazzo letting water through to the woodwork underneath.Can you reccommend a product to seal the floor and stop the water penetrating?

My guess is it is tearout time...I'm not sure you'll fix this by patching. Maybe someone else will have some more encouraging words.
