Just wanted to post some pics of the basement bathroom project I completed last year. Thanks for the help all.
This was a complete new addition right down to installation of all waste lines and vents. It was a weekends project. Everything you see here was done by me including drywall, framing tiling, electrical and plumbing.
All the pluming works fine. The tub and shower are MAAX products The toilet is a 6 litre/ flush American Standard Cadet. The fixtures are American Standard with exception of the shower where I used a Delta. I just liked the Delta shower faucet better.
All 4 fixtures are vented individually. After reading much advise from this site, I thought it would be best to not just meet code but to exceed it. The extra cost and labour was minimal. I'm guessing the 6 Litre/flush toilet works so nicely due to the addition of the vent? Again, thanks for all the good advise. It sure made it easier.
