Hello...

Big time DIY'r here...

I am installing a steam shower and the specs call for the steam delivery pipe to be insulated using pipe insulation rated 250 degrees F or higher. Anyone know where I can get some?...brand name? suggestions are appreciated...thanks, Nick C... :)

You probably need fiberglass insulation for steam pipes. It comes with wrap. It is semirigid so you need to deal with fittings. You could use regular wall insulation but it would look messy if not concealed.

The Armaflex foam is rated to only 220 F.

I never knew that pipe insulation was rated to any temperature. You can always recycle some asbestos insulation which can insulate nearly anything. Other than the cancer part, it works great. I have no idea what it is rated to, but I doubt you will have trouble with fiberglass.
