spout leaking into basement

I have water dripping into the basement. I changed the stems on the hot and cold and nothing seems to be dripping when i turn the shower on. When the bath water is running, and water is coming out of the spout, it leaks into the basement. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do or what the problem could be?

The spout is leaking where you can't see it. Replace it (the spout) and the problem should go away.
