Gerber Valve Stem Seat is Stripped

I have a leaky Gerber valve stem and seat in my shower. I can not remove the seat because it is stripped on the inside. The seat wrench just spins in a circle. Is there any way to remove it?

Tap in an Easy-Out of an appropriate size, being careful not to drive it in too much so that you don't damage the brass seat threads.
Then unscrew it with the Easy-Out.
