moving kitchen

I have a condo that I am moving the kitchen quite far. About 30 feet. I am going to run a drain down two different walls and connect to the original 2" drain. Should I use 2" ABS for that run? And should I run a vent the entire distance or can I use one of those ball valve things?

Run 2" and continue the vent as well.
