I just replaced my kitchen sink with a new undermount moen sink. This sink is deeper than the old one and now I have a problem with the drain since the the p-trap is lower than before and does not match up with drain in the wall at the back of the cabinet. Overall I'm about 2 inches lower than before and I can't modify the exit point at the wall. Any suggestions?

Single bowl sink or double bowl? A plumber would look at the situation and decide on the best solution, unless the drain in the wall is so high that there is no "good" solution. Without seeing what you have we cannot advise as to the best, or only, solution.

If the trap arm is too high, and it's horizontal in the wall, follow it, and find out where the tee is.

The tee can be dropped lower and the holes for the are redrilled lower.
