above the floor offset for waste possible with geberit in-wall tank??

I am helping out a freind to include a wall hung toilet in his remodel, we do not have the elevation for a conventional toilet so thought about offsetting the waste with a 45 in the wall, I know the spec says verticle only...but will it work this way??

the gerberit has two carrier systems. One that can only drain straight down, and one that can turn to the side. The one that has to drain straight down has bend in it, the other straight pipe (elbow facing down).

super, I only know of the carrier with a 90 bend, but the bend is on a swivel and can rotate, is this the carrier to use?
