Can a toilet be on a horizontal wet vent.first pipe reducer from 3" pipe to 2.5" then 2.5" pipe at 5 feet long of horizontal wet venting. then 2.5" of 3.5 feet long of vertical wet venting. then it reduces to 2" pipe of venting . The wet vent is shared with a lavatory. Thanks alot. :)
