toilet venting

I plan to build a bathroom in my basement.There is a cleanout I want to tie into about six feet away from whare I plann to put the toilet. Also I want to tie the sink to the cleanout and vent from the cleanout to a stack about ten feet away. Will this meet any blumbing codes.

You won't be able to vent to the stack, that portion of the stack is not a vent. You will need to find another way to vent it. You may be able to use an AAV.
