Weeping Memoirs

Brand new Kohler 2 piece Memoirs toilet has been weeping from the primary "jet" inside front of bowl.
A very small almost unnoticeable stream trickles down bowl from inside this hole only.
Toilet installed 3 months ago. Problem began several weeks ago.

Also are their any tricks to increase/assure flapper function in general...?

change the flappers

probably the only way to be sure it just to find
another type of flapper that will make
a better seal.......
