seeking info on plumbling process for installing utility sink in garage. Washer in pantry in adjoing room in same wall i know i'll have to tear into wall then what?

First, that wall between the garage and the house is a 2 hour firewall. The city inspectors are very fussy about any penetrations. Run this project by city hall before you start. The piping issues sound like they could be straight-forward, but messing with the firewall is not. Get your plans checked out.

Normally they will want iron, steel, or copper pipes for the pentration. No plastic which could burn or melt.
