low hot water pressure

Recently we had a new water heater installed. After only a day or two the pressure for the hot water is very low throughout the whole house, but the cold water pressure is strong. Can anyone help me out. Thanks
 
Is ther an old shutoff valve on top or was it replaced?

If it is old, the washer may have come loose and is preventing good flow.
